Dear Colleagues/Clients/Friends,
With deep appreciation for a 37-year career in law, I have decided to retire effective June 1, 2026.
It has been an honor and privilege to serve as an Adoption and Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorney, and I am deeply grateful for the trust and confidence my clients and colleagues have placed in me throughout the years. I have enjoyed a fulfilling career, filled with moments of high stress but also moments of great pride and joy. I am proud of the work we’ve done together.
As of May 27, 2025, I will no longer be taking on new matters. Over the following year, I will focus on bringing all current cases to completion, including those scheduled for litigation beyond June 2026. To support a smooth transition for my clients, I will remain Of Counsel with Peak Legal Group, LLC for as long as necessary.
Even as I step away from the daily demands of legal practice, I intend to remain connected to the legal community and available to colleagues for consultation on complex adoption and assisted reproductive technology matters. The relationships and experiences I’ve gained throughout my career have meant a great deal to me, and I look forward to maintaining those connections.
Thank you again for your support, friendship, and collaboration over the years. I look forward to staying in touch as I begin this new stage of life.
