A University of New Mexico School of Law graduate, Brittany earned her Collaborative Law Certification in May 2023 and has been an active advocate for families since. During law school, she was a W.K. Kellog Foundation Child and Family Justice Scholar and worked as a student technician for the Director of the Corrine Wolfe Center for Child and Family Justice. She also participated in the Child and Family Justice Clinic, gaining hands-on experience serving New Mexico families, and served on the Executive Board for Moms of Law.

Before becoming an attorney, Brittany spent 14 years working as a paralegal in both the private and public sectors. Her prior experiences in insurance defense, medical malpractice, employment defense, healthcare law, and adult guardianship cases gave her a strong foundation in procedure and client communication. Brittany credits this background with her client-focused approach and deep understanding of the challenges families face.
