Sheryl L. Saavedra is a family law attorney who has represented family law clients for more than 30 years both in Litigation and collaboratively in the areas of Divorce, Custody, Parentage, Child Support, Guardianships, Adoptions, and Guardian ad Litem representation of children.  Sheryl is the Past President of the University of New Mexico School of Law Alumni Board, serves as a continuing legal education instructor and general counsel to All Faiths Children’s Advocacy Center.

Brittany Dutton-Leyda is a family law attorney who represents clients in both litigation and collaborative matters involving Divorce, Custody, Timesharing, Child Support, Domestic Violence, Guardianships, and other family-related legal issues. Sheryl L. Saavedra has concentrated her 30 years of law practice primarily to the area of Family Law. Her position at Peak Legal Group, LLC follows a successful private practice in Roswell, NM. Sheryl devotes her practice to helping clients through various issues of Family Law including divorce, custody, child support, adoptions, abuse and neglect, and Guardian ad Litem representation.  In addition to having substantial legal experience in the abuse and neglect system, Sheryl served as the Chaves County Guardian ad Litem representing over 100 children in foster care for the years 2015 and 2016.

Harold O. Atencio JD is nationally renowned in the areas of Adoption and Assisted Reproductive Technology law and has most deservedly achieved the distinguished AV Martindale-Hubbell rating.
